Indiabulls Power has lighted up the boiler of its Nashik power plant in Maharashtra.
The company has successfully conducted the boiler light up for the 270 MW Unit I of 1,350 MW power plant at Sinnar. The commercial operation of the unit is expected to commence in January 2013.
This apart, the company is constructing two coal based projects having capacity of 2,700 MW each at Nandgaonpeth in Amravati district and Sinnar in Nashik district of state. Indiabulls will fuel its plants through coal linkages from CIL.
