Shantha Sriram is taking up construction of balance phases i.e. Phase-III and IV of its satellite township project near Kompally, in Hyderabad.
After successful completion of the earlier phases, the company is now planning to take up the balance phases and will also be adding another 156 units to the existing 400 units.
The balance phases will be developed with an investment of Rs 500 crore and will offer two and three BHK apartments ranging in sizes from 1,150 sq ft to 1,700 sq ft. Also, a few units of about 850 sq ft to 900 sq ft will be developed for the budget buyers.
The facilities offered by the project include a swimming pool, gymnasium, health club, indoor games arena, a multi-purpose hall, a conference hall, guest rooms, jogging tracks, tennis court, cricket pitch and children’s play area. Intercom facility, generator back-up, and landscaping will also be part of the project.
