Urban Vault, the Bengaluru-based co-working operator, has announced plans to invest Rs 100 crore in FY26 to expand its national footprint. The expansion strategy will cover Noida, Pune, and Bengaluru, with a focus on key commercial hubs.
Urban Vault inaugurated two new premium centres on Golf Course Road in Paras Twin Tower, Sector-54, Gurugram adding 35,000 sq. ft. of Grade A workspace. It is also exploring high-potential micro-markets such as Sector-44, Udyog Vihar, and Golf Course Extension Road, with plans to launch operations along the Noida Expressway.
Founded in 2018, the company currently operates a pan-India portfolio of over 2.5 million sq. ft., managing 40,000 seats across cities like Bengaluru, Pune, and Gurugram. It has also leased 50,000 sq. ft. of office space in Bengaluru’s Central Business District (CBD) to maintain growth momentum and meet rising demand for flexible office spaces.
