CPK at Cancun International Airport
15 April 2011: California Pizza Kitchen (CPK), an international casual dining chain, has opened its first airport location in Mexico.
Opened by CPK franchise partner Grupo Calpik, SAPI de CV and operated by Mera Corporation, the new quick-service restaurant is located at Terminal 2 of the Cancun International Airport. The menu features a specialised selection of CPK's most popular pizzas, salads, soups and sandwiches from the full-service restaurant menu.
Additional full-service CPK restaurants in Mexico are located in Guadalajara, Cancun and the following suburbs of Mexico City: Lomas Verdes, Bosques de Las Lomas, Polanco District, Santa Fe, Coyoacán and Satelite.
