Cargill inaugurates innovation center in Brazil
14 June 2011: Cargill has launched a new 20,000 sq mtrs innovation center in Brazil, which includes laboratories for flavors, application development and sensory analysis.
The innovation center is based in Campinas, state of Sao Paulo, at a cost of R$20 million (approx $12.6 million). The laboratories are intended to serve customers in the beverage, baking, confectionery, convenience foods and dairy categories.
