Danish company acquires SDB Cisco
10 August 2010: Denmark based ISS has acquired the entire stake in India's security firm SDB Cisco through a JV arrangement.
SDB Cisco is ISS' third large acquisition in India after the takeover of pest control services provider Godrej HiCare in April 2009. ISS of Denmark has directly brought in money to acquire 49 per cent stake and has acquired the remaining 51 per cent through two employees' trusts – ISS India employees' trust and SDB employees trust (contributed in the ratio of 15:36).
