Dr Reddy's launches generic drugs
8 June 2011: Dr Reddy's Laboratories has launched three generic drugs in the US market.
They are Donepezil hydrochloride tablets (a bioequivalent generic version of Aricept), Venlafaxine hydrochloride extended release capsules (generic version of Effexor XR) and Letrozole tablets (generic version of Femara). Donepezil, Venlafaxine and Letrozol are generally indicated for the treatment of dementia, depression and post-menopausal hormone disorders in women respectively.
