EU nod for Brazilian orange juice merger
11 May 2011: The European Commission (EU) has accorded its approval to the merger of Citrovita and Citrosuco - two orange juice businesses. The tie-up between Citrovita and Citrosuco, owned by the Votorantim Group and the Fischer Group respectively, will reportedly create the world’s largest wholesale supplier of orange juice.
