Hilton Worldwide in pact with Hatten Group
09 May 2011: The Hilton Worldwide has signed a management agreement with the Hatten Group, to manage the DoubleTree by Hilton in Melaka. The agreement will see the second DoubleTree by Hilton hotel in Malaysia and the group’s entry into Melaka (Malacca).
The 27 storied & 265 rooms hotel is scheduled to open in 2014, will be situated in downtown Melaka. It will form part of a mixed-use development featuring the DoubleTree by Hilton, Melaka, extensive retail offering and residential apartments.
