Husky completes acquisition of closure maker KTW
30 May 2011: Husky Injection Molding Systems has completed its acquisition of Waldhofen, Austria based closure mould maker KTW Group.
Ont.-based Husky, it will now offer KTW-branded molds as part of fully integrated turnkey injection moulding system for the closure industry, including mold, machine, hot runner, temperature controller, as well as a range of consulting and after-sales services.
Husky had announced plans to buy the company in March 2011.
