KBR bags Pre-FEED Contract by Anadarko in Mozambique
23 August 2011: KBR was awarded a contract by Anadarko Mozambique Area 1, to perform a pre-front-end-engineering and design (pre-FEED) study for a prospective Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) plant in Mozambique, Africa.
The award of the contract follows the recent natural gas discoveries by Anadarko and its partners in the Rovuma Basin offshore Mozambique. The partners in the Joint Venture are Anadarko, ENH, Mitsui, BPRL, Videocon, and Cove. The company will deliver a reliable study in the early stages of this important LNG development.
