PepsiCo UK invests in porridge site
11 May 2011: PepsiCo UK is investing Pound 8.5 million (approx Rs 58.8 crore) into its Quaker Oats site in Fife, UK, to cater to the increasing demand for hot cereals. Quaker Oats will benefit from a new state-of-the-art plant based at the Cupar site, helping to boost its oat milling capacity and allow for significantly increased production. Quaker Oats have been milled at the Cupar site for over 60 years and as we're one of just two manufacturers that still mill our own oats. It also makes Quaker Oats and Scott's Porage Oats, Oat So Simple and Quaker Oat So Simple Pots.
