Progress opens centre in Hyderabad
4 December 2009: Progress Software, a subsidiary of US based Progress Software Corporation, expanded its India operations by opening a new facility in Hyderabad.
The new facility spread over an area of 13,000 sq ft is likely to house 86 engineers, taking Progress Software’s total workforce in its India development centre at Hyderabad to 250. It has invested $10 million (approx Rs 46 crore) in its Hyderabad facility over the last five years.
