RelaDyne acquires Hill Oil Company, PetroClean solutions

5 December 2011: RelaDyne, LLC continues its strategy of expanding its lubrication services and reliability solutions by acquiring James P. Hill Distributors and its affiliate PetroClean Solutions  based in Farmerville, Louisiana.  Hill Oil is the third lubricant distributor that RelaDyne has acquired since it began in November 2010.
