Vardhman Health Specialities mulls major capex
14 November 2011: Super speciality drug distributor, Vardhman Health Specialities is planning to invest `50 crore in additional infrastructure this fiscal. It is planning to add 16 more branches to the existing nine which will take the total to 25 by the end of this year. The total expansion will cost the company `50 crore.
As far as funds are concerned, it will be through internal accruals, promoter contribution and debt. It is also planning to take `30 crore term loan from Axis Bank for this expansion. The company, which has got accreditation from WHO, is mainly in the storage and distribution of super-speciality drugs.
