31 January 2012: Bridgestone, launched its first concept store in Tamil Nadu at Mollakari, Thiruparangkundram, on the outskirts of Madurai . The concept store was a unique retail concept introduced as part of an aggressive expansion strategy, adding a new dimension to the retailing of tyres in the region through an environment-friendly, safety and reliability norms both in direct and indirect business operations offering a new experience in tyre buying for the customers. The outlet will help create a strong retail identity. Besides showcasing Bridgestone's complete product range, services such as tyre changer/RFT changer, tyre balancing, tyre alignment, nitrogen, AC top-up battery, oil change, spark plug, and break pads will be provided.
