Budget hotel to come up at Mysore station
23 February 2010: A multi-functional complex (MFC) and a budget hotel are likely to come up at the Mysore Railway Station adjacent to the Mysore Rail Museum in Karnataka.
The project is to be executed by IRCON and the Rail Land Development Authority. The cost of the 60-room budget hotel is estimated at Rs 6 crore. Work on the project is likely to commence in due course.
The MFC is to house facilities like cyber café, restaurants, food plaza, bookstall, chemist shop, etc apart from waiting hall and retiring rooms.
