Foundation stone laid for NRI Housing Complex
13 August 2010: Benoy Viswom, Kerala Housing and Forest Minister, is likely to lay foundation stone for a Pravasi Keralites Residential Complex at Kozhikode.
The proposed complex, to be constructed on 65 cents of land, will have 88 flats. The Rs 18 crore complex will have parking lot, play ground, recreation centre, centralised LPG system, rainwater harvesting arrangement and generator among others.
