Railways sets up wind mill in Rameswaram, Tamil Nadu

The Rs 3.1 lakh wind mill would generate 850 Watt electricity. Rameswaram will be made a Model Station at a cost of Rs 10.81 crore. The Railways had already spent Rs 3.07 crore on the station development programme.
