Suzlon Energy bags orders worldwide

31 January 2012:Suzlon Energy has has secured orders of 269 MW in India and abroad.

The company has received orders worth Rs 2,000 crore ($ 403 million) in India, Brazil and US. Of the total capacity of 269 MW it has received 80 MW in India, and 189 MW orders in Brazil and US. The firm orders secured between December 22, 2011, and January 23, 2012, from international special purpose companies, PSUs, large corporates and SMEs. The order size ranges from as small as 0.6 MW to 121 MW.
