Tommy Hilfiger plans to add more stores

24 February 2010: Tommy Hilfiger plans to expand into tier II cities and also open more stores in the metros where it is al- ready present.

The company plans to increase the number of its outlets from 50 to 85 in India. It has presence in 15 major cities including Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Gurgaon, Ahmedabad, Chandigarh, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Lucknow and Pune. It has 26 standalone stores and 24 shop-in-shops. The brand plans to increase its presence to 20 cities by December 2010.
