Al Habtoor resumes operation of hotel project on Palm Jumeriah

7 October 2011: Al Habtoor's Dhs1bn Island Resort and Spa on Dubai's Palm Jumeirah has been restarted and is now expected to be completed in 2013, The National reports. The tourism to the country is increasing from all over the world.Work on the 330-room luxury hotel began in 2007, but came to a halt the following year due to the economic downturn.
