Aldar delivers first phase of Al Zeina
19 July 2011: Aldar Properties began its handover to homeowners of its completed residence at the beachfront Al Zeina residential community in Al Raha Beach. The Delivery of the first phase of the development which consists of three precincts (C, D & E) began, with the remaining homes scheduled for delivery by September 2011.
Al Zeina includes apartments, penthouses and a range of town houses and villas, with private courtyards and pools, gyms, childcare facilities, male and female prayer rooms as well as a library and the 500m-long private beach.
