Construction on Al Ain's Wahat Hili Mall to start in Q3
20 July 2011- The tendering process has begun to build the Wahat Hilli Mall in Al Ain and a contract is expected to be awarded within three months.
The construction work is expected to commence soon.The complex is strategically positioned in Hili district neighbouring the largest residential complex in Al Ain, and is the closest mall to the tourist district, Hili Fun City and Hili Archaeological Park. Unfolding across 6.5 hectares of prime real estate, with a gross leasable area of over 30,000 square metres, the three-storey Wahat Hili Mall will house 160 retail outlets with an established range of services.
