Dana Gas plans to expand in Middle East
12 October 2011: The UAE-based Dana Gas, the energy firm is still in talks over terms to enter into the Syrian and Algerian markets while it is also looking at opportunities in Libya. The discussion to expand into Syria are at an advanced stage with Dana Gas bidding against seven other competitors. The is trying to enter into Syrian market, as it is an important country for Dana due to its strategic location next to Iraq.
