Dubai aims to constructs kindergartens
17 November 2011: Dubai Education Zone holds discussion with the UAE education ministry to set up 20 new government-owned kindergartens as soon as possible to accommodate pupils currently on waiting lists. The company now have only 11 public kindergartens in Dubai, which is inadequate to meet the current demand. Twenty is the minimum number of schools required, he added. Each kindergarten will have 12 classrooms and each classroom will accommodate 18 students.
