Egypt-Saudi bridge stalled

19 December 2011: Egypt has not decided yet to carry out a new study of the land-bridge project that would link it to Saudi Arabia via Red Sea Bridge. The project has been delayed due to lack of political agreement between the two governments and not because of economic problems, the project's cost, or the way it should be funded or operated.
