Egyptian Resorts merges with Orascom Development
3 September 2011:Egyptian Resorts has joined hands with Orascom Development to begin the building of their Sahl Hasheesh marina in the fourth quarter of 2011. The companies are seeking construction firms to complete the marina in the Sawari project on the Red Sea for a preliminary cost of around EGP2.66bn ($444m).
