Empower to build plant in Dubai's Business Bay
24 August 2011: The Emirates Central Cooling Systems Corporation (Empower) plans to establish a plant in Dubai's Business Bay at a cost of Dhs250m. The plant will cater to customers on 14 million sq ft of land in Business Bay, where a number of previously stalled projects are coming back online following the financial crisis.
