Hamad Medical City plans hospitals in Qatar
23 August 2011: Hamad Medical Corporation plans one of the biggest and most ambitious building and equipping three state-of-the-art hospitals and a research centre which will be delivered at Hamad Medical City in Qatar by 2013. The opening of the Al Wakra Hospital, a general community hospital that will serve the Al Wakra area and its neighbouring communities to the south of Doha, has been put off.
