JTC bags Kuwait cargo handling contract

15 December 2011: Jassim Transport & Stevedoring Company (JTC) has won a four-year contract to handle general cargo and transportation throughout the Kuwaiti sea and land trade gates and Kuwait Free Trade Zone. The awarding of the contract by the Kuwait Public Authority for Industry (PAI) further consolidated its position as one of Kuwait’s leading logistics companies.

The scope of the contract includes comprehensive logistics solutions, advanced cargo handling services, extendable logistics and transportation services from the ports to Kuwait’s land borders with Iraq and Saudi that supports the cargo transit through Kuwait with value added activities and enhances Kuwait position as a transit hub in the Middle East.
