Jacobs receives Aldar contract for Abu Dhabi development

16 December 2011: Abu Dhabi-based developer, Aldar Properties has awarded Jacobs Engineering a contract to provide project management support services during construction for the new Yas Mall at Yas Island in Abu Dhabi. Under the terms of the contract, Jacobs is to provide project management support services including construction management; design and leasing change coordination; project controls; logistics coordination; coordination of site, project health, safety, security and environment (HSSE) and quality; and implementation of all associated systems, processes and procedures on behalf of Aldar.
