King Abdullah Sports City sets to be ready by 2014

13 October 2011: The King Abdullah Sports City that includes a 60,000 seat mega stadiumis expected to be ready by 2014. Located 3 km north of King Abdulaziz International Airport in Jeddah, the city will also have an independent facility for track and field games, an indoor stadium, a multipurpose hall with a capacity of 10,000 people, and parking of 8,000 vehicles.
