Marassi project awarded to Arabtec Egypt
8 July 2011: Emaar Properties, a Dubai-based developer has awarded Arabtec Egypt a $36.8m (approx Rs 167.44) contract for its project in the north of the country. The Egyptian subsidiary of Arabtec, JV with Egypt's Amer Group, won the contract to build 170 villas at Emaar's Marassi project on Egypt's northern coast.
