Oman's NGC exits JV with Gulf Cryo
3 September 2011: National Gas Company (NGC), supplier of liquified petroleum gas (LPG) in the Sultanate withdraws from JVwith Kuwait-based Gulf Cryo Holding Company. Gulf Cryo Holding will acquire National Gas Company's entire 49 per cent stake in National Gulf Cryo for about RO 500,000, ending a three-year long relationship.
