Qatar shirt deal receives Barcelona

26 September 2011: Barcelona's club members have approved a $230m(approx Rs 1138.5 crore), five-year shirt sponsorship deal with the non-profit Qatar Foundation. The deal is regarded as the largest shirt sponsorship agreement in football history. As of the beginning of this season, the team shirt start bearing the Qatar Foundation logo, but the club's general assembly needed to approve the agreement.
