STX Arabia to construct homes for Sipchem employees

5 November 2011: Saudi STX Construction Co has won the contract to build 354 housing units for employees of the Saudi International Petrochemical Co (Sipchem) in Jubail Industrial City's Jalmoudah district. The project, comprising a community centre and a mosque, will be built on a total area of 285,440 sq mtre. It is expected to be completed in three years.
