Sobha Developers plans expansion
17 June 2011: Sobha Developers, the Indian property and interiors major with the previously existence in the UAE and Oman, is to expand its portfolio in India and the Gulf states.
The company has 23 residential projects under way of 6.99 million square feet and 38 contractual projects of 7.42 million square feet. The developer has marks in 20 cities and 12 states in India. The company plans to enter in three new territories of Mysore, Chennai and the National Capital Region of Delhi with the launches in the four existing cities of operations in Bangalore, Coimbatore, Thrissur and Pune,
