TDIC invites bids for community facilities project
25 February 2010: Tourism Development and Investment (TDIC), Abu Dhabi, has invited contractors to pre-qualify for the main contract works on the staff accommodation and community facilities project, which will be housed in Sir Bani Yas Island.
The staff accommodation South Zone (150,000 sq mtrs), the staff accommodation North Zone (250,000 sq mtrs) and the Western Development Zone (206,000 sq mtrs) will be let individually and shall require civil, structural, MEP, landscaping, interior fit out and external works.
