US consultants bags Jeddah infrastructure projects
9 January 2012: Jeddah Municipality has selected US-based consultancy firm, Parsons to manage the construction of major infrastructure projects in the city. Under the three-year contract, Parsons will coordinate and manage construction projects and will provide other related services.
The projects involve new construction and renovations, including bridges, tunnels, roads, transportation systems, buildings, sewerage treatment plants, irrigation systems, pumping stations, storm-water drainage systems, parks, open spaces, and other city infrastructure works.
