Varkey keen to Everonn Education stake

Dubai-based Varkey Group has offered around Rs528 (Dh40.61) a share to acquire up to a 20 per cent stake in India's Everonn Education. The open offer for acquiring about 4.48 million additional shares will be completed by December 2012.
