WH Smith plans expansion in Dubai operations

18 October 2011: UK-based British newspaper, books and stationary retailer, WH Smith is set to expand its operations in Dubai, after opening its first store at the Oasis Centre in July 2011 . The firm, which has appointed Aventus Retail as its local franchisee, plans to open a second store in Dubai Mall and is also considering other possible sites at Dubai Airport and Business Bay.
