Zain Kuwait in pact with Turkcell Technology

17 December 2011: Zain Kuwait has signed an agreement with Turkcell Technology; the R&D arm of Turkish telecoms firm Turkcell to provide a campaign management system for extending more personalised offers to its customers. The all-in-one solution enables telecoms firms to optimise marketing efforts, offer consistent customer service across multiple channels and build a profitable customer dialogue by creating automated marketing processes.
