EoI for five-star hotel in Hambantota
30 November 2010: Sri Lanka Insurance Corporation (SLIC) has invited EoIs from consultancy services to construct a five-star hotel at Hambantota.
In addition, SLIC is also looking for expertise from architectural organisations that are registered with Sri Lanka Institute of Architects (SLIA), to conduct feasible consultancy for the hotel project, which will have an accommodation capacity of 200 beds.
The potential parties needs to submit a pre-qualification document with services supposed to be offered in areas relating to construction including architectural designing, mechanical, electrical and plant/plumbing (MEP construction), structural project management and quantity surveying with former experience in planning, executing and completing star class hotel projects, added with a proven portfolio of successfully completed projects over Rs 100 crore in the last five years.
