Jubilant FoodWorks to enter SriLanka, Bangladesh
30 July 2010: Jubilant FoodWorks, which operates Pizza delivery major Domino’s in India, is planning to open stores in Sri Lanka and Bangladesh by March 2011.
The company intends to open at least 2-3 company owned stores in Sri Lanka. The Sri Lankan operations will be through a wholly owned subsidiary. Jubilant owns and operates all its stores in the country which stood at 320 stores till June 30. It added 14 new stores during the quarter and plans to continue with its inital target of opening about 70 stores during the current fiscal.
