Renuka Foods acquires Richlife Dairies

25 January 2012: Sri Lanka listed Renuka Agri Foods a producer and exporter of coconut based products has acquired control of a dairy and fruit processing firm for 505 million rupees (4.43 million US dollars).
Renuka had bought a 76 percent stake in Richlife Dairies . The diary company sells plain and flavoured milk, yoghurt, curd, ice cream and dairy cream under the Rich Life brand. Its sell fruit products branded 'Cheers'.
