UK based Company to invest in Dhaka EPZ
27 January 2010: Talisman is likely to set up a high fashion garments manufacturing industry in the Dhaka Export Processing Zone (EPZ).
The company plans to invest $5 million (approx Rs 23 crore)for setting up their unit to produce garment items. It will also create employment opportunity for 1,800 Bangladeshi nationals. An agreement, to this effect, has been signed between the Bangladesh Export Processing Zones Authority and the Talisman in BEPZA Complex on 24 January 2010.
