Arihant Indo African plans housing project in Guntur
May 12, 2008: Arihant Indo African Infra Developers and Builders Private Limited, a joint venture between the Visu Group of Companies and Chennai-based Arihant Foundation and Housing Limited, plans to construct luxury houses at Mangalagiri in Guntur district.
The proposed project 'Star Hills' would come up on 53 acres at a cost of Rs.975 crore in three phases. The first phase will be completed in 18 months. The project would comprise residential and office space, mall and other facilities. While, the residential facility would be spread over 3.9 million sq ft in 39 blocks, the mall and office complex would have 200,000 sq ft each.
