Jain Housing launches residential projects
August 20, 2008: South-based Jain Housing and Constructions have launched its two mega residential ‘Carlton Greek’ projects.
The company will construct 1,120 apartments in two phases investing Rs.950 crore. The project will be completed by 2011. Jains’ portfolio includes over 150 residential projects that include 4.5 mln sq. ft of completed project and over 10 mln sq. ft of on-going projects.
