Mont Vert enters hospitality sector
May 13, 2008: Real estate developer Mont Vert is all set to enter hospitality sector with its upcoming service apartments, five-star hotel and an elite luxury club called "Club 29" in Pune.
Mont Vert plans to expand its business opportunities with the launch of its first service apartment complex near in Baner, near Rajiv Gandhi Infotech Park, Hinjewadi. The first service apartment block will be operational by October 2008 in Baner. The company is also constructing a five-star-hotel in Wakad at an investment of Rs.100 crore with more than 200 rooms.
